Hello Aspirants is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any government body or exam authority. Exam information is sourced from official public portals. Always verify critical dates and results on official sites.
Account: Name, email, phone, qualification, state/district, and encrypted password.
Usage: Exams tracked, mock test scores, daily tracker activity, current affairs read, skill progress.
Device: Device type, OS, app version, IP address (city-level), crash logs.
Payments: We do not store card/UPI details. Payments go through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We retain transaction IDs only.
To run your account, personalise your exam tracker, send deadline alerts, generate peer rankings (anonymised), process payments, and improve the platform. We never sell your data or build ad profiles.
Data stored on secure cloud servers within India. All traffic is TLS-encrypted. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Access is restricted and logged. You will be notified within 72 hours of any security incident.
We share data only with trusted service providers (hosting, payments, email) bound by contracts, or when required by Indian law. We never share with coaching centres or advertisers.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email helloaspirants.app@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Hello Aspirants is for users aged 16 and above. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately and we'll delete the account.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, exam history, test scores, tracker data, and skill progress. Anonymised billing records may be retained for 5 years for legal compliance.
